TT PREVIEW

Giles discusses the Generals
SEASON SO FAR
Chesham have had a great first season in the National League, getting off to a very good start and we had a dip and poor run in January & February. In the FA Cup, after seeing of Cray Valley Paper Mills, Bishops Cleeve & Yeovil we played league side Lincoln City in the first round live on TV, which was great for the club.
RECENT FORM
Form has been average of late, losing at a very good Worthing, getting a draw at Western Super Mare and a dominating win last Saturday at home v Welling 4-1.
HIGHLIGHTS
Highlights for the league have been that we can compete and had a very good win at Home v Worthing 2-0 and taking 4 points off Maidstone was impressive. In the Cup, beating Yeovil was special, but having the TV cameras at The Meadow for the first time even more special, just a shame we ended up going out 0-4.
KEY PLAYERS
Key player, Connor Stevens has been superb in defence making some great tackles, but has also scored six goals for us
TALKING TACTICS
Tactics – the management team are not ones to send a team out to defend and try and get something late on & have no fear in changing formations during the goal if need. Lots of fans don’t like their tactics of getting all our players back in the box to defend a corner.

POSSIBLE LINE-UP
Possible line up will be Goode, Foran, Le Fleur, Stevens, Adebiyi, Rolfe, Upward, Lodge, Grant, Nimhas, Rowe
BEST OPPOSITION
Worthing looked great when we visited a few weeks ago and played some lovely football on their 3G pitch, but seem to have struggled on grass pitches.
AWAY SUPPORT
I know lots of Chesham fans have booked a weekend away to come to Torquay as well as some making a day trip.
PREDICTION
My prediction is 1-1.
