THE WEEK AHEAD
Tuesday – Derby v TUFC @ Pride Park (19.45 KO)
It’s United’s first ever trip to Pride Park, as they look for a place in the next round of the FA Cup. It may be a welcome distraction for the Gulls’ as they struggle for any sort of league consistency.
Saturday – Barnet v TUFC @ The Hive (15.00 KO)
After 3 successive home league games, Torquay are on their travels as they visit the capital. Barnet are in decent form this season and currently occupy the last play-off spot.
Saturday – TUFC U18’s v Wimborne Town U18’s @ South Devon College (10.30 KO)
A 6-2 victory over Mangotsfield last weekend secured their third league in as many games. 5th placed Wimborne are the visitors this weekend.
Sunday – TUWFC v Sherborne Town Ladies @ Coach Road (14.00 KO)
After an excellent win last weekend to send them through to the FA Cup 2nd round for the first time in their history, the ladies return to league action against Sherborne.
PLAYED FOR BOTH
Ben Wynter made the switch to Barnet last summer, after making 100+ appearances for the Yellow’s. Former defender Krystian Pearce had a loan spell in London before joining the Gulls’ in 2013.
BIRTHDAYS
Eiffon Williams – The former Welsh striker will celebrate turning 47 on Tuesday.
Jo Kuffour – The popular frontman turns 41 on Thursday.

19th November 2011 – Eunan O’Kane scores a superb brace in a 3-1 victory over Plymouth.
15th November 2005 – Goalkeeper Andy Marriott scores the winning penalty at Harrogate Town to send the Gulls’ through to round 2.
14th November 1959 – Torquay beat Northampton 7-1 in a record FA Cup win. Ernie Pym & Graham Bond with hat-tricks.
