The bar features three big screens and multiple HDTVs showcasing Sky and BT – up to five live events can be shown simultaneously ensuring all the action is covered.
What’s more, Galaxy is open 7 days a week with plenty more to get excited about – the bar is equipped with 11 English pool tables, an American pool table, 8 snooker tables, a ping pong table and even a shuffleboard – the first in Torbay.
Galaxy TQ is run by Darren and Matty; both are huge sports fans and advocates for all things United, and all things Torbay. Darren is no stranger to local football, having enjoyed a successful amateur career before serving as secretary at Torquay Town FC – born a Geordie, he has lived in Torquay for 20 years. Matty on the other hand grew up in the Bay and reserved his sporting ability for Motocross in which he competed regionally.
