Welcome to my tweets of the fortnight. The off season can mean it’s a bit of a struggle to find anything newsworthy for Gulls fans to tweet about but here’s a few from the last 2 weeks.
In other news last weekend was my stag doo in Barcelona. Wouldn’t be a trip unless we visited the mighty Camp Nou for a game of footy. We enjoyed the Barcelona legends vs Man Utd legends game. For a charity game it was well attended we reckoned at least 50000 people watched the game. More importantly Dom (the editor) and I made sure we represented the mighty Gulls by attending in our Torquay United shirts. Randomly in a crowd of about 2000 fans queuing to get in, we get a shout from 2 Babbacombe lads also at the game. Small world indeed but we always knew we were widely supported.
