TT PREVIEW

Simon discusses his team
SEASON SO FAR
Disappointing bearing in mind there was optimism in pre-season with the signings we made. Poor performances, especially at home and conceding too many goals.
RECENT FORM
Recent form however has been good, finally started defending properly and we can see a change in effort and determination from the lads in the last few weeks.
HIGHLIGHTS
Getting a bit further in the FA Cup than usual and a brilliant 5-2 win away at Chelmsford in September.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Midfield has been destimated with long term injuries and we concede too many goals. Plus points are that we have 3 strikers who can score against anyone in the division.
KEY PLAYERS
Key to boro is getting Dom and Raks upfront the chances to score the goals. Hakeem Sandar on the wing is one to watch also.
THE MANAGER
Spencer Day is a very experienced manager and knows what he’s doing. Has recruited a very good backroom team and likes to play attacking football.
POSSIBLE LINE-UP
Line up 3-4-2-1 Turner: Holzman, Robbo, Lomas: Sandah, Young, Huke, Bowers: Raks, Poleon, Bloomfield.
PRE-MATCH
The Thatch, about 15 mins walk to the ground. Clun has a good bar with Champ League on also.
BEST OPPOSITION
Maidstone. Strong defensively and took their chances.
PREDICTION
2-1 boro.
