TT PREVIEW

Max discusses his team
HOPES AND EXPECTATIONS FOR 25/26
My expectations for the season was a mid-table stable season, we obviously hope for a season in and around the play offs but with so many good clubs in this league it will be a struggle
START TO THE SEASON
Start to the season has been alright, so unlucky on opening point to only leave Tonbridge with a point but a massive 3 points at home vs Ebbsfleet on my birthday kicked off the season.
NEW SIGNINGS
Main signing would have to be Jared Myers, whilst he’s joined us from a few leagues below he impressed so much in pre season it would be stupid not to get his signature but if you were to pick out two it would have to be the Greenidge brothers, Jordan has had a slow start to the season but got off the mark on Tuesday whilst Reiss has come in and added strength to our back line alongside Kiki Oshilija. Tyrece Dyce also rejoined the rebels after a spell at Maidenhead.
KEY PLAYERS
Key player for me this season has to be the skipper Henry Ochieng. He has a wealth of experience and is a great asset for the club.
THE MANAGER
Scott Davies sets up differently here and there with 5 forwards starting Tuesday so predicting the team will be a struggle but he is not scared to go for it and take the handbrake off.
POSSIBLE LINE-UP
Desbois, Roth, Oshilija, Davies, R.Greenidge, Ojimen, Ochieng, Clarke, Myers, Makowski, Goddard
AWAY SUPPORT
There will be a fair few that make the journey down to the English Riviera! Personally I won’t be at the game as I’m off to Wembley for Coldplay!
PROMOTION CANDIDATES
Promotion is anyone’s this year and so tough to call so early on, Torquay will be up there and I’d never write off Dorking from doing something special but Hornchurch have built a good squad and I expected them to do well before a ball was kicked.
PREDICTION
I’ll go for 2-2 and I’m sure the fans travelling down will take that
