TT PREVIEW

Louie talks about the Tudors
SEASON SO FAR
Once again eventful is a nice way to put it at Hemel again this year. We started the season brilliantly going unbeaten for 8 games until we lost to Bishop and Stortford in the fa cup. Then we went on to lose a further 13 since then. A crazy fact is the fantastic win at Slough, only 3 players who featured in that game featured in the game vs Dorking just a few weeks later. That shows the ridiculous amount of players we were signing. With a new manager in charge now we are confident it changes. Lee is here to bring stability and here for the long term.
RECENT FORM
We do come to Torquay on the back off a 3-0 win at home to Weymouth. However I would be lying if I said our form was not shocking before then. Not winning in 15 is shocking form. Hemel fans want to move on from that now under Lee Allinson. It is a new era and with his first game in charge being a win we can’t call that bad form.
HIGHLIGHTS
Not too many highlights for us Hemel fans. Being top off the table after those 8 wins was obviously nice. Games wise I would say the win at Enfield. Last minute winner. That was great. Celebrations from players and fans were top. Then the away win at slough to. Slough obviously had a crazy home record they had not lost at home in like a year. For little old Hemel to go end that run was fantastic. The celebrations again were unreal.
KEY PLAYERS
I feel I will repeat myself with the key players as last year. Even with the amount of signings we have made. Just can’t look past the likes of Kyle Ajayi being very much a key player. Kyle Is a brick wall for Hemel. No other way off putting it. The bloke is a Tudor through and through. Way over 100 games for the club now. Brandon Barzey another. This one is self explanator, his talent is of an EFL level player at least. Ridiculously talented. Off the back of scoring a brace against Weymouth too. As Lee said if he lets Brandon play with a smile on his face, that is very dangerous for the opposition. Craig King another one self explanatory. Best keeper in the league for me. I would also add Ricardo German who is definitely a key player in my eyes. Some people would say he is struggling for form but injuries have not helped. I do not think we have another forward like Ricardo. A very important player for us. If we do score on Saturday 9x out off 10 Rico would have played a big part in that. I decided to keep injured players out of this answer but a lot of other names could have been mentioned.
THE NEW MANAGER
I was delighted in Lee’s appointment. I have been saying for a long time our recent appointment have not been convincing. We needed a hungry young manager. Someone wanting to prove a point at this level. Lee was my prime example. I will not say to much as frankly I have only seen one game from him in charge. However the long term future really does look promising with him in charge. Already bringing in hungry players from the league below. Who undoubtedly were all fantastic on Saturday. Brings a fresh perspective to this league I think. it will take time no doubt.
POSSIBLE LINE-UP
I very much doubt to see any changes from the win at Weymouth. Unless an injury what we are struggling with at the moment. Gk (king) cb (ajayi) cb (mustapha) rb (wishart) lb (adenola) Cm (achuba) cm (smith) cm (white) Lam (cerulli) ram (barzey) St (German).
BEST OPPOSITION
I remember saying this last season too. Not many teams have impressed at all. Dorking did beat us 1-7 but that was just because we were so bad. Short way of putting it but we was not even playing. For me I would honestly say Salisbury. Both times we have played them they have outplayed us. For a team everyone pretty much predicted to go down they looked very good. Most teams play direct now too. For a newly promoted team like Salisbury to play football like they do is refreshing to see. Top side.
AWAY SUPPORT
Again same as last season around 30 loyal tudors will make the long travel. I am hoping the new era brings some more too. Could maybe push into 40 numbers.
PREDICTION
If you know me you know I never predict my club to lose therefore I will say a 2-2 draw.
