THE MANAGER – GAVIN MACPHERSON

Gavin Macpherson joined Enfield in the summer of 2023 after parting company with Met Police, where he had spent over 20 years as a player, assistant and manager. He led the Towners to promotion in his first season in charge.

PLAYER TO WATCH – MICKEY PARCELL

The eagled eyed amongst you might remember Mickey Parcell from his brief spell at Plainmoor as a professional in the 2014-15 season, following a two-year scholarship.

He spent most of that season on loan at Bideford under former United midfielder Sean Joyce, and he first joined Enfield in 2015. He made 193 appearances in his first spell with the Towners until 2019 when he signed for Hornchurch. During his time with the Urchins, he won the FA Trophy in 2021.
