Why TUFC?: I grew up in Kingskerswell and my dad and granddad are lifelong supporters, they took me to my first game when I was 5 or 6. We stood in the ‘sweary and smoky’ popside as I described it.

Year Started Supporting TUFC and 1st Game: I can’t remember my first game but I am reliably informed that it was at home to Hull City in 2001. My earliest proper memory of a game was away to Yeovil in 2004, we were beaten 4-2 by a team led by a certain Gary Johnson.

Favourite All-Time TUFC Players: Jo Kuffour, Danny Stevens, Chris Hargreaves, Morike Sako, Steve Woods, Kevin Hill, Alex Russell, Kevin Nicholson, Lee Mansell, David Graham.

Best TUFC Memory: Well there was Tim Sills’ goal at Wembley, however I’ve got brilliant memories of the celebrations in Torquay town centre after Leroy took us up to League One (Division 2 at the time?). There was an open top bus parade and everything.

Worst TUFC Memory: I was at Plainmoor when we got relegated to the conference in 2007 and that was horrible but it has to be the most recent relegation to the National League South. I told myself that I wouldn’t listen to the game but I decided to check the score later while I was out and saw the news. I was in a foul mood all night.

Favourite Spot at Plainmoor: Popside, just up and to the left of the halfway line. I like to sit in Bristow’s for the pre season games though.
